ABOUT VIRGINIA POLICE FUND

The VIRGINIA POLICE FUND  is a non-profit advocate for Virginia’s Law Enforcement formed under section 527 of the IRS Tax Code

The VIRGINIA POLICE FUND is an advocate on behalf of law enforcement to ensure they receive adequate funding for proper training and equipment and to inform the public about the issues facing law enforcement. 

Virginia’s law enforcement officers are some of the best trained officers in the world, however, with the limited resources of local communities,  outside professional training is severely limited.

Chris Strope is a retired 20 year veteran of the Arlington County, Virginia Police Department. Chris has worked tirelessly to improve the working conditions and safety of Arlington Police Officers.

Charles "Chip" Condon

Charles "Chip" Condon

Charles "Chip" Condon is a retired Virginia Beach Police Detective Sergeant with 37 years of active duty. Chip has spent years working the Virginia General Assembly to ensure that Virginia's Police Officers are protected on the job.

Daniel Niedhammer

Daniel Niedhammer

Dan is a retired Richmond, Virginia Police Officer. Dan knows the real meaning of Officer Safety and Survival. Dan survived a shooting while on duty serving the City of Richmond.

The MISSION of the Virginia Police Fund as a grass roots political organization is to ensure that Virginia’s Law Enforcement Officers have an advocate to ensure that they receive  adequate funding for proper training and equipment.
